Dual condensing vessel DN10 PN100/III TYPE M24.11
Condensing vessel is designed for working pressure PN 100, working degree III. On the inlet side there is a sleeves for welding and on the outlet side there are valves coupled to the vessel by cap nuts. Outlets are ended by sleeves for welding-in. Pressure 10Mpa, temperature up to 200°C, pressure 8Mpa, temperature up to 300 °C, 6.4MPa under up to 400°C. Construction of the vessel ensures unambiguous keeping the same level in both chambers.
Condensing vessel DN10 PN100 / III typ M24.12
Condensing vessel is designed for working pressure PN 100, working degree III. On the inlet side there is a flange DN10 with a shoulder and on the outlet side there is a valve which is connected to the vessel by a cap nut. Condensing vessel is supplied with coupling materials (screws, nuts and seals). Pressure 10Mpa, temperature up to 200°C, pressure 8Mpa, temperature up to 300 °C, pressure 6.4Mpa, temperature up to 400°C.
Condensing vessel DN10 PN100 typ M24.13
Condensing vessel is designed for working pressure PN 100, working degree VI. On the inlet side there is DN10 flange with a smooth sealing bar and on the outlet there is a valve with joining weld. Condensing vessel is supplied with coupling materials (screws, nuts and seals).
Condensing vessel DN10 p = 13,5 MPa typ M24. 14
Condensing vessel is designed for working pressure p = 13.5Mpa, temperature up to 575°C, working degree X. On the inlet side there is a sleeve Ø20 mm for welding and on the outlet side there is a valve with joining weld.
Condensing vessel DDN10 p = 20,2 MPa typ M24.15
Condensing vessel is designed for working pressure p = 20.2Mpa, temperature up to 575°C, working degree X. On the inlet side there is a sleeve Ø20 mm for welding and on the outlet side there is a valve with joining weld.
Separation vessels
Separation Vessels are designed to prevent the measurand's contact with the meter. These vessels contain the fluid (such as glycol), which separates the measured fluid from the fluid in the meter. It can be used in cases when measured fluid is corrosive, very viscous or if it is able to freeze, congeal or condensate in the pulsating pipe. Separation vessels should be installed in the same level as nearest to pressure taping as possible. Separation vessel consists of cylindrical vessel with particular valve. So that it could be mounted in the piping, it is equipped with pipe coupling for welding.
- stainless steel type DN10 PN100 / I (200°C) type M90.4
- carbon steel type DN10 PN100 / I (200°C) type M90.8
If required, it is possible to supply dual vessels.
Mud discharge vessels
Mud discharge vessels are often needed for installations with fluids and gases. In case of gases (air) mud discharge vessels are especially appropriate if measured medium is humid or impure. In case of fluid flow these are necessary due to considerable amounts of driven solid substances which might clog the pulsating piping. Mud discharge vessel has a cylindrical shape and it is finished by half-spherical bottom. Its inlet is in the upper part and outlet in the cylindrical body. Lower outlet is used for mud discharge and it is equipped by closing (stop) valve.
Mud Discharge Vessels are made of:
- DN10 PN100/III type M34.3 carbon steel
- DN10PN100/I (200°C) type M34.5 stainless steel
- DN10 pmax = 22Mpa tmax = 375°C type M34.4 carbon steel (valve is not part of a vessel)
