MATTECH s.r.o. (Ltd.) was established in 1992
by its present owner from the very beginning. Since then the company
has been extending its production programme, whose core lies in
proposal, calculation, production and services of flow meters with
throttling devices which are in compliance with ISO 5167-1 up to 4
international standards.
 During
1993-2004 company’s production programme has been extended to
production of separation, mud discharge and condensing vessels, flow
straighteners, restriction orifice plates, multivariable restriction
orifice plates, special orifice plates and plates, welded-on pieces,
pipe unions and further components for mechanical parts of metering
circuits. We have developed production of flow meters – such as
eccentric orifice plates, critical nozzles and multi-nozzles. We
have also developed meter tubes with integrated orifice plates for
measurement of flows in low-bore pipes, i.e. from 15 DN. Our
calculations and design proposals serve as a technical support to
projection, supplying and assembling companies. We can produce and
deliver primary elements which are in compliance with ČSN, ISO,
ANSI, ASME, GOST standards or according to specification and
requirements of our customers. Together with development of
production programme we have also made efforts to ensure quality of
our products not only in technical but legislative area as well. Our
company obtained new authorisations valid in European Union for
specialised activities.
In compliance with ISO 9001-2000 our
company successfully implemented quality management system which was
certified by the British company Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance
in 2001. In 2004 quality management system successfully passed third
company audit by the British company Lloyd’s Register Quality
Assurance. In spring 2003 our company was relocated to the new
manufacturing area with high quality technical conditions. In
2003-2004 we realised many challenging orders to abroad which were
in compliance with ANSI, GOST and ISO standards (such as
construction of power station in China-Shen Tou, construction of gas
factory in Russian federation – Sosnogorsk and construction of
refinery Novopolock in Belorussia). Our customers mostly operate in
energy industry, heat and power production, air-conditioning and
