TDP – Technical and supply terms and conditions

Technical conditions:
Technical receipt of used materials for our products complies at least with ČSN 10204 2.2 standard. If other materials, products in compliance with foreign standards, pressures higher than PN40 or non-standard outlets are used, offer is calculated on basis of current demand. If non-destructive crack detection test by X-ray radiography or UZ, event. pressure test is required, we would calculate price according to real costs.

Delivery terms:
For piece products our delivery term is about 3-5 weeks succeeding date of receipt of complete order dependant on number and type of purchased goods.

Discounts and rebates
Due to the fact that our company is manufacturer with own sales, we can provide our products with quantity and individual discounts. Amount of provided discounts from price lists depends on quantity of purchased products, payment morals of customer and long-term co-operation in the field.

Training and legislation

Within customer services in Mattech s.r.o. on request we are able to ensure methodical trainings on proposal, production, assembly, services as well as repair of flow meters and related equipment for use in energy industry, heat and power production, petrochemistry and gas manufacture. Training of manufacturer is one of conditions of Act no. 505/1990 Coll. on Metrology as amended by Act no. 119/2000 and no. 137/2002 Coll. And 226/2003 Col. §19 on registration of subjects assembling stated meters. Proper parts of request on registration and certificate on registration are given by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MPO) in decree no. 262/2000 Col. in the version of decree no. 344/2002 Col.

Stated meter (working meter) is the one determined by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce by decree (see Decree no. 345/2002 Col.) for obligatory verifying with regard to their significance:

• in obligatory relations e.g. during sale, lease or donation of a thing, when providing services or determination of damage compensation or other property detriment

• for determination of sanctions, charges, tariffs and taxes

• for protection of health

• for environment protection

• for work safety or

• for protection of other public interests covered in special regulations

Stated meter has a statute of commercial meter, therefore assembly, maintenance and operation of the meter has to comply with valid laws and regulations. Possible discords in meter circuits with statute of approved meter can become subject of court dispute.

Employees who have already passed trainings and are registered by the Regional Metrologyl Inspectorate, are entitled to perform selected operations they have been taught during trainings.

We are calculating and preparing proposals of meter elements for projection organisations. In case of realisation of work, these services are included in product price. Calculations of throttling devices are realised within valid European and world standards.


Trade fairs and exhibitions
Company Mattech participates in the International Brno fair almost every year. By presentations in specialised magazines and co-operation with publishers we try to help spreading knowledge on flow measurement and promote progressive developmental trends in the field. In co-operation with Technical Universities – VŠB Ostrava, ČVUT Brno and VÚT Praha (Prague) we try to spread our new practical knowledge among students by specialised lectures and presentations in seminars.

Promotion at the Fair

Calculation programme Delta
DELTA – computer programme for calculation of fluid flow through throttling devices (primary elements). The programme has been verified by ČMI Brno in compliance with ISO 5167-1-4 standards and it acquired ZR 141/01-0001 certificate that enables to solve 3 types of tasks:

• calculation of diameter of primary element
• calculation of pressure differential
• calculation of gas, fluid, steam flow (in compliance with international definition – IFC 67, IAPS 1984, IAPWS-IF97)

DELTA programme calculates uncertainty of mass flow-rate, not only for calculation routine but for numerous values as well. Gas and fluid flow can be specified in volume or mass units. Pressures can be specified as over-pressure or absolute pressures. For orientation calculation also wet steam can be used. Coefficient of thermal expansiveness is specified by the choice of the material or can be specified directly. Particular entries can be specified in various physical units. Within the calculation of calibrated values adjustment for calibrated values can be calculated for DANIEL type 2271 orifice plate.


Packing
Packing of our products complies with EU standards and it is ensured in accordance with EU directives on packing. All products are furnished with anticorrosive coating TECTYL-VALVOLINE. Other surfaces are furnished with blue anticorrosive coating (gases have yellow coating) event. coating according to buyer’s specification. Threads and threaded surfaces are furnished with plastic covering. Mouth of ISA 1932 nozzle and Venturi tube are furnished with wooden covers (lids). For transportation we bind products in paper boards with lining or put them on EUR pallets (dimension 800x1200 – widthxlength). Larger and bulky deliveries are packed into wooden containers (outer dimensions 800x1200x700mm-widthxlengthxheight). Lighter consignments are equipped with plastic tapes and foils. Heavier consignments are ensured with steel belts. All consignments have proper marking event. contain packing documents. For overseas consignments we ensure special overseas packing and preservation.

Transport, forwarding
Transport of our products up to 25 kg to customer is ensured by Česká pošta (Czech post) and by forwarding agencies such as DHL, PPL etc. Bulky and non-pallet consignments are being transported by capacity services of ČSAD, DHL event. by our vehicles.

Warranty and post-warranty repairs
We are providing standard warranty and paid post-warranty services for the service life of our products.

Assembly
Mattech s.r.o. (Ltd.) ensures deliveries of complete metering circuits incl. assembly of electronic parts in co-operation with trained assembly firms.
